The purpose of this challenge is to empower, assist, motivate and encourage you for the next 90 days to become the best version of you. For the next 90 days, you will have access to numerous resources! You must want it, just as bad as we want it for you! Please be mindful, you may not hit your target goal in
the 1st 90 days and its okay. It may take several challenges but trust us, if you want it bad enough, you will reach your goals!

We have 2 entries: LOSES or GAINZ. Let’s get started!

1. LOSES

Order your BARIFIED Protein or the Weight Loss Bundle and maintain this order for 90 days.
Take your BEFORE picture
Stay active in our Mete and I Support Group on Facebook
At the end of your Power 90 Challenge, submit your AFTER photo and give details on the changes you experienced during your challenge.
If you follow all the above steps, “Congrats”, you will receive an EXCLUSIVE Power 90 FITNESS WARRIORS T-Shirt. The shirt can only be EARNED.

2. GAINZ

Order your BARIFIED Protein AND BCAA/Pre-Workout and maintain this order for 90 days.
Take your BEFORE picture
Stay active in our Mete and I Support Group on Facebook
At the end of your Power 90 Challenge, submit your AFTER photo and give details on the changes your experienced during your challenge.
If you follow all the above steps, “Congrats”, you will receive an EXCLUSIVE Power 90 FITNESS WARRIORS T-Shirt. The shirt can only be EARNED.
